Coir Disc

A Proven substitute peat moss, rock wool or perlite, the coco peat discs not only outperform most peat brands, but also reduces peat extraction from many environmentally sensitive swamps in various parts of the world. The discs are extremely practical and absorb 4-5 liters of water, which is nearly 8 times their weight and are highly porous, allowing strong root development. Our Coir pith Discs are compressed coir pith designed for use in pots. The Potting soil mixture can be tailored according to the kind of plant and growing condition prevalent at the user end. The discs come with a hole in the center to facilitate easy planting and are ideal for seed germination and saplings and can be made available in a variety of dimensions. Our discs find use in growing bulbs and tubers and in home gardens. Besides finding use as a medium for seeding or seedling growth, the discs are an equally effective medium for growing well-grown plants.

Pellets

We also manufacture easy-to-use high grade Compressed Coir Pith Pellets (or granules) at affordable prices. These are made by subjecting high quality coconut coir pith to compaction, followed by granulation of the compacted material. The pellets have unique physical and horticultural characteristics and are consequently, in great demand by horticulturists for use as refill plugs in seedling trays. Their high air porosity and water holding capacity; consistent texture and perfect p11; as well as minimum level of biodegradation and easy-to-use characteristics make them a highly sought-after medium for home and commercial gardens. The advantages of using coir pith pellets include; a contamination-free potting mixture, inhibition of root pathogens, improved rate of germination and reduced use of water.
